1800 Shuttles
from AYC Annex to party site begin (party access
credentials required to board shuttle). Shuttles
will run in continuous loop between AYC Annex
parking lot and party site.
1900 - 2200 Cocktails, heavy hors d'oeuvres,
guitar and piano music by Debbie Smith and Sally
Fingerett.
2000 - 2045 Awards.
2230 Final shuttle back to AYC.
Attire: Neat casual, meaning khakis and sun
dresses.
Parking: Only at AYC annex parking lot. With
apologies, ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING AT PARTY SITE.

Bar closes during awards, music suspends, food

and music resumes until the reception ends.
Parking: Only at AYC annex parking lot. Walk
or take AYC Clubhouse Shuttle across Spa Creek
drawbridge. The parking lot at the main Clubhouse
is reserved for members only.
