to Frostbite Competitors

The
following amendment will apply to all races in the SECOND HALF of
the Series (races from 2/2/03 through 3/23/03) as provided in the
Notice of Race:
Amendment
#3:
Rules 50.2 and 50.3 are changed. The use of boathooks, whisker poles,
spinnaker poles, outriggers or other devices as described in Rules
50.2 and 50.3 of the RRS are prohibited for this series.
